Highlights
- •A total of 58 STRs and 172 SNPs were typed in 62 Yavapai individuals.
- •Hardy Weinberg Equilibrium and pairwise linkage disequilibrium were tested.
- •Y-STR haplogroup and haplotype assessments were performed.
- •Biogeographic ancestry and phenotypic profiles were generated.
- •Because of the increased marker set, profile power of discrimination and random match probability for STRs and SNPs are greater than previously reported values.
